CATX3
The CATX3 keeps Marucci's one-piece alloy formula and refines the connection feel. A safe, stiff, dependable BBCOR stick for contact and gap hitters who want zero break-in.
Our Review
PLACEHOLDER REVIEW β Marucci's CAT line has been the benchmark one-piece alloy BBCOR bat for years, and the CATX3 is an iteration rather than a reinvention. If you've swung any recent CAT, you know the profile: stiff, lively on the barrel, and honest about where you hit the ball. This is the bat we hand to a hitter who wants consistency and doesn't want to wait for a composite to break in.
Insider Note
Manufacturer feedback: the X3's wall taper was tweaked over the X2 to push the sweet spot about a half-inch toward the end cap. Most players won't feel it, but stronger high-schoolers will notice slightly more reward on barreled balls toward the tip.
